One page equals one page of a PDF as counted by the document's page count. A 60-page prescribing information PDF counts as 60 pages. Appendices, tables, and reference sections count toward the total. If you are indexing clinical study reports, those can be long, so we recommend counting your library before starting a Pilot. Most 3-seat pilot libraries stay well under 5,000 pages.
Documents are stored encrypted in Argon's infrastructure and are not shared with other customers or used to train models. They are processed by our retrieval system to answer your queries. Documents are retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of termination on request. Organization tier is designed for teams that need multi-brand workspace isolation, SSO with a corporate identity provider, and a dedicated point of contact. That typically means larger medical-affairs departments running Argon across multiple product lines or therapeutic areas.
